Ruling. The Order to Show Cause is dismissed pursuant to the 5/18/26 Response. The Report of Status of Administration was not timely filed and is continued to June 18, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to allow time for proper notice.
Petitioner is ordered to file the following no later than five Court days prior to hearing. (Super. Ct. Marin County, Local Rules, rule 6.2(b), Filing, Hearing, and Continuance Procedures.)
1. Proof of Service confirming that at least fifteen days’ notice of the Report of Status, including the request for preliminary distribution of the boat, was provided to all interested parties on the mandatory Judicial Council Form “Notice of Hearing – Decedent’s Estate or Trust” with the box checked in Item 1 stating this is a report of status of administration. (Judicial Council Forms, form DE-120.)
