The Status Report was filed on 4/27/26 but the Proof of Service has not been filed as required by Local Rule 10.02(J). Unless the Proof of Service is file by the next court date, or the Court finds good cause to waive it, the Court intends to continue the hearing to 08/18/26 at 10:30 a.m. in Department J6 for filing the proof of service.
The co-conservators status report was due by 4/28/26 and was filed on 04/27/26. The court has reviewed the status report.
Based on the investigators report dated 05/19/26, and Probate Code section 1851(f), this matter qualifies to be placed on a biennial review schedule. The next investigators report due to the court shall be on 04/28/28.
The next status report shall be filed by 4/28/28 and set for filing/sufficiency hearing on 06/06/28 at 10:30 AM in Department J6.
The clerk shall give notice.
