The status report was due 4/19/24 and filed timely. The Court has reviewed the status report and it is complete, however, the Proof of Service has not been filed as required per Local Rule 10.02(J). Unless it is filed by the upcoming court date, or the Court finds good cause to waive it, Co-conservators to file the Proof of Service as required per Local Rule 10.02(J), by 07/24/26.
The court continues the hearing to 08/04/26 at 10;30 a.m. in Department J6.
The next biennial status report shall be filed on or before 4/20/28 and set for a filing/sufficiency hearing on 5/30/26 at 10:30 AM, in Department J6.
The CI report remains on annual review and shall be filed on or before 4/16/27.
The clerk shall give notice.
