04/27/2026 Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel filed by Daniel Hunter as to Traffic Management, LLC, a Limited Liability Company is Granted. Daniel Hunter is relieved as counsel of record effective upon filing the Proof of Service of this ruling and the order of the Court.
On 5/18/26 the Court issued an order stating: "This is a putative class action. Plaintiff's counsel seeks to withdraw. The Court issues an Order to Show Cause why this case should not be dismissed to be heard on May 26, 2026 at 2:30 pm."
Plaintiff is now self represented. Plaintiff may not represent a class without an attorney because Plaintiff would not meet the adequacy requirement. The Court does not dismiss the case. The Court STRIKES the class allegations. Plaintiff may pursue claims on an individual basis.
The Court will REASSIGN the case to a CDC Department for further proceedings.
