ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
Plaintiff failed to serve the complaint and file a proof of service within 60 days of filing the complaint, in violation of Cal. Rule of Court 3.110(b). Plaintiff must immediately comply with Cal. Rule of Court 3.110(b) and shall serve the summons and complaint and file the proof of service before the new court date. Plaintiff is also reminded to comply with Cal. Rule of Court 3.725(a), and shall, no later than 15 calendar days before the case management hearing, file a case management statement and serve it on all other parties in the case.
Further failure to comply may result in orders to show cause why monetary sanctions starting at $750 should not be imposed.
The Initial Case Management Conference scheduled for 05/26/2026 is continued to 09/08/2026 at 2:30 PM in Department 15 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.
If you contest the tentative ruling you must do so in a timely manner in accordance with the Local Rules. Failure to alert the Court and the opposing side or to appear will result in the Court affirming its tentative ruling. If the tentative ruling is uncontested, no appearance is necessary and the Court's tentative ruling will become a final order of the Court after the hearing.
