Defendants Vasona Management, Inc. et al.’s unopposed Motion for Leave to File a Cross- Complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiff has stipulated to the filing of Defendants’ Cross-Complaint.

Defendants may file and serve a copy of their Cross-Complaint conforming to Exhibit A to the Mendoza Declaration no later than Tuesday, 6/9/2026.
