Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Portions of Second Amended Answer is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
As to paragraphs 3 and 6 of the second Amended Answer filed April 21, 2026, Plaintiff's motion is granted and these paragraphs are stricken in their entirety. Paragraphs 3 and 6 are not drawn in conformity with the April 20, 2026 Order on Plaintiff's Demurrer to Defendants' Amended Answer, because they exceed the scope of leave to amend granted by said order.
As to paragraphs 4 and 10 of the second Amended Answer filed April 21, 2026, Plaintiff's motion is denied. The arguments advanced by Plaintiff regarding these paragraphs are not grounds for a motion to strike. =(501/DWH)
