Judge Van Aken is recused pursuant to a separate written order. Transferred to Department 501 at 9:30 a.m. on to be heard on the same date by visiting judge, Hon. Dennis Hayashi, per the Order of the Presiding Judge. A tentative ruling will be issued by Department 501.
