Tentative Ruling

NO APPEARANCE REQUIRED.

The Court adopts the parties' proposed briefing schedule for class certification as follows:

- October 21, 2025: Deadline to file Motion for Class Certification. - November 11, 2025: Deadline to file Opposition to Motion for Class Certification. - November 25, 2025: Deadline to file Reply to Motion for Class Certification.

The Court sets a CMC for the same date and time as the class certification hearing on 12/12/25. If any issues arise before that date that require Court intervention or assistance, the parties are encouraged to contact the Court to schedule an earlier conference.

If the Motion for Class Certification is not filed or is withdrawn, the parties shall file and email a Joint Case Management Statement to the department no later than 15 calendar days before the next CMC.
