1. P06-14446 In the Matter of Kristopher P. Barletta No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. The Conservator is acting in the best interests of the Conservatee regarding the Conservatee's placement and quality of care, including physical and mental treatment. The next review is set for May 14, 2027, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The court investigation fee for this biennial review is waived.
2. P15-15756 In the Matter of Darin Lee Ruckman No appearances are required. The conservatorship of the person shall continue. The conservatorship still appears to be warranted. 5. PR0000453 In the Matter of Suzanne M. Perry-Miller No appearances are required. The Court has not received the investigation review report and continues this matter to August 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in Department 6. The Clerk shall provide a copy of the minutes to the Court Investigator. The Clerk shall also telephonically notify the Court Investigator.
Additionally, Conservator shall advise the Court whether a new inventory and appraisal is required under Probate Code section 2610 given his appointment as a successor Conservator. A brief of no more than one page should be filed/served no later than two weeks prior to the next scheduled hearing.
An accounting for approximately 2024-2025 was filed on May 19, 2026, set for hearing on May 22, 2026. There is inadequate minimum notice of 15-days. See Prob. Code §1460(b). The matter shall be re-noticed for hearing on the same August 21, 2026, date and time.
