Grant. Appoint Victor Manuel Carrillo and Carmen Isabel Arismendy temporary conservator of the person of Ruben Velasquez Carrillo with bond to be determined at the hearing on 07/31/26. The conservators are allowed to place the Wells Fargo CD, when it matures, in a blocked account pending the 07/31/26 hearing.

The proposed order includes the power to authorize medications for dementia. The Capacity Declaration does not include a recommendation re authorization for such medication. See #23.

Petitioners to file an amended Capacity Declaration in support of such authorization.

Temporary Letters to expire on 07/31/26.

Hearing date of 07/31/26 re the general petition remains as previously set.
