Petition to Appoint Temporary Guardian
Victoria Hemenes (“petitioner”), the adult sibling of three minors – Anthony H. (age
12), Charlie H. (age 10), and Levi H. (age 9) – petitions the court to appoint her as
temporary guardian of the person pending the hearing on her petition for permanent
guardianship, which is currently set for June 26, 2026.
On May 7, 2026, petitioner submitted a consent to appointment of guardian and
waiver of notice that is signed by the minors’ parents and Anthony H. (the only minor in this case over the age of 12).
