Defendant Lenesha Jefferson's unopposed motion to deem admitted the truth of any matters specified in Jefferson's Requests for Admission, served on February 27, 2026, is granted. Plaintiff Cavalry SPV I, LLC failed to respond and a deemed admitted order is mandatory. (See Ellson Decl, paras. 4-5 and Exs. A & B.) Code Civ. Proc., sec. 2033.280, subds. (b) and (c).)

Jefferson did not seek sanctions, but sanctions are mandatory on this motion. (Id., subd. (c).) The court orders Cavalry to pay $100 to Jefferson within 30 days.
