Tentative Ruling:
Counsel has addressed the issues previously identified by the Court in her April 30th Amended Declaration. There is one remaining issue, which is that the amount guaranteed by the annuity payout is said to be $133,644.88 (see declaration of Wood, ¶18), but again that amount does not match the attached document from Quest Settlements (Exhibit 4 to the dec., and attachment 12b(d) and 8b(2)), showing $133,938.28. Once that discrepancy is corrected, the Court is prepared to approve the compromise.
