Defendants Jack D. Hidary and Suzannah Radack's demurrer to Plaintiff Robert Bender's first amended complaint (FAC) is sustained without leave to amend as to Cause of Action 1 (Labor Code, 1102.5) and overruled as to Causes of Action 3 (Aiding and Abetting Sexual Harassment) and 8 (Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress).

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
