Defendants Lucy Halverson in her individual capacity and Lucy Halverson dba Gingko Kyudojo demur to the First Amended Complaint (FAC). The demurrer is overruled as to the first cause of action and sustained with leave to amend as to the second cause of action.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion or Discovery Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
