These are the tentative rulings for civil law and motion matters set at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026. Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel Responses to Special Interrogatories (Set One) and to Form Interrogatories (Set No. One)
Plaintiffs’ motion to compel defendant PCJV USA, LLC dba Potato Corner to provide responses to Special Interrogatories (Set One) and to Form Interrogatories (Set One) is granted. Defendant PCJV USA, LLC dba Potato Corner is to provide responses to Special Interrogatories (Set One) and to Form Interrogatories (Set One) by June 15, 2026.
Plaintiff’s request for monetary sanctions against defendant PCJV USA, LLC dba Potato Corner is granted in the amount of $750.00. Such sanctions shall be paid no later than June 15, 2026. Defendant’s request for monetary sanctions against defendant’s counsel is denied.
