Petitioner's Motion to Confirm Arbitration Award and Enter Judgment is GRANTED. The arbitration award is confirmed and shall be the final judgment of the Court.
Petitioner's request to include statutory interest on attorney's fees and costs is denied. Statutory interest was not part of the Arbitrator's award. The Court must confirm the award "as made," (CCP 1286), and enter judgment in conformity therewith. (CCP 1287.4.)
