Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Complaint or Stay this Action on Grounds of Forum Non Conveniens is GRANTED, in part. Rosenfeld, et al v. Deutsche Bank AG, Case No. CGC-25-622060, is stayed during the pendency of Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch v. Rosenfeld, Index No. 659459/2024, filed in the state of New York. The Court finds that there will be two parallel actions arising out of the same loan and related guaranties between substantially the same parties, which will needlessly increase the burden and expense on the courts and litigants, and which could lead to conflicting judgments. =(501/CFH)
