Defendants Ann Hum, Edmund Hum, and Belinda Hum's Motion to Strike Complaint is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part.
The Court GRANTS Defendants' request to strike the punitive damages prayers for relief in causes of action 3, 5, and 7 with leave to amend because the Complaint does not allege facts that Defendants acted intentionally, willfully, or with conscious regard with requisite specificity.
The Court DENIES Defendants' request to strike paragraph 12 of the Complaint because the Court has already ruled that it is insufficiently pleaded and given Plaintiff leave to amend to allege facts supporting Defendants' agency relationship. =(501/CFH)
