Petitioner People of the State of California's unopposed Motion For Default Judgment is GRANTED. Good cause appearing, the court will enter default judgment against Respondent Property $616,680.00 U.S. Currency and declare the Respondent Property forfeited pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 11470 et seq. and order respondent Property distributed pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 11489. The court will enter the proposed order/judgment submitted with the moving papers.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom. Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
