Cross-defendant Jane Doe's motion and opposition to cross-complainant Ripple Labs Inc.'s motion to deem requests for admission as admitted is off calendar. Though labeled a motion and a motion fee was paid, this filing is an opposition to Ripple Labs's motion to deem requests for admission admitted and is not a proper motion. Even if it is a proper motion, it was not filed with sufficient notice per CCP 1005. In all events, all the arguments raised in this filing were considered in ruling on Ripple Labs' motion to deem requests for admission admitted.
