The peremptory challenge by plaintiff Maury Blackman is granted. Per order of the Presiding Judge, this case is transferred to Department 302. Defendants' special motion to strike shall be heard on August 11, 2025, by Judge Quinn in Department 302 at 9:00 a.m.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
