Plaintiff Thomas Henry seeks an order compelling the Airbnb defendants to provide further responses to certain of his form interrogatories and requests for production. The court continues the hearing on its own motion to August 11, 2025 to join the hearing on Airbnb's demurrer and motion to strike.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 301 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom.
