On April 25, 2025, Defendant filed its Motion for Summary Judgement. In opposition, Plaintiffs correctly point out that the Motion was filed by Defendant, which is a suspended corporation, and not by an intervenor. (Opposition, 1). As Defendant admits, it was suspended by the California Secretary of State on August 27, 2009, and the California Franchise Tax Board on December 1, 2009. Any party wishing to contest the tentative ruling must email contestasbestostr@sftc.org by 4:00 p.m. on the day before the hearing and state their intention to contest. The Court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law and Motion department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
