Breazeale v. Miller-Phelen, Inc. et al. Superior Court Case no. 24CECG01093

Hearing Date: May 20, 2026 (Dept. 503)

Motion: Motion to Consolidate

Tentative Ruling:

To take off calendar.

Explanation:

No papers were filed in the matter to be consolidated. (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 3.350(a)(1)(C).) While papers were filed in the matter proposed to be lead, the papers were untimely filed on May 13, 2026, for a hearing on May 20, 2026. Moreover, the proof of service attached to the untimely filed motion makes no indication as to which parties were served. (Cal. Rules of Ct., rule 1.21(c).) A list of names of individuals and firms does not attest to whom service is being made. Accordingly, the matter is ordered off calendar.

Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 3.1312(a), and Code of Civil Procedure section 1019.5, subdivision (a), no further written order is necessary. The minute order adopting this tentative ruling will serve as the order of the court and service by the clerk will constitute notice of the order.
