Andrea Astrid Gutierrez v. Legacy Personnel Inc., a California Corporation, et al

Plaintiff filed a motion to compel further discovery responses and production of documents. Plaintiff also requested sanctions. No opposition was filed.

The parties were referred to the court’s discovery facilitation program and Matthew White was appointed as the facilitator. Facilitator White issued a report indicating that he met with the parties and that Defendant provided supplemental responses, such that the parties agreed to take the matter off calendar.
