Annual Review Hearing
Letters of guardianship of the person were issued on May 10, 2024. To date, the
guardian has not submitted the annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council form
GC-251).
There were no appearances at the last three hearings (June 5 and 6, and July 24,
2026) even though appearances were required. On July 24, 2026, the court appointed
the court investigator to locate the guardian and child for an update regarding the guardianship status. To date, there is no update from the court investigator in the court’s
file.
TENTATIVE RULING # 2: APPEARANCES ARE REQUIRED AT 8:30 A.M., FRIDAY,
SEPTEMBER 11, 2026, IN DEPARTMENT FOUR.
