Procedural History 18 1) The parties are Petitioner, Monisha Sullivan (Mother) and Respondent, Anthony Scott Grady 19 (Father). They share one minor child named Anaeya Grady (06/15/15). 20 2) On June 3, 2026, Mother filed a Request for Order seeking a modification of visitation, request 21 for review hearings and anger management orders. Mother alleges Father has been threatening to 22 her and any people involved in facilitating exchanges. 23 3) On June 24, 2026, Father filed a Responsive Declaration to Mother’s Request for Order in which 24 he alleges Mother has not been complying with the Court orders and that she is unwilling to co- 25 parent. 26 4) On August 10, 2026, Mother filed a proof of personal service of her Request for Order. 27 5) On August 10, 2026, the Court held a Readiness hearing and referred the parties to FCS 28 Mediation to occur on August 31, 2026 and set the matter for hearing on September 10, 2026. 29 B.

Findings and Order

1 1) This Court has jurisdiction to make child custody orders in this case under the Uniform Child 2 Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. A violation of this order may subject the party in 3 violation to civil or criminal penalties, or both. The country of habitual residence of the minor 4 child is the United States. 5 2) On the Court’s own motion, this matter is continued to September 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM in 6 Dept. 403. 7 3) No appearances are required on September 10, 2026. 8 4) The Court will prepare the Findings and Order After Hearing. 9
