Procedural History 18 1) The parties are Petitioner Nadia Amer (Mother) and Respondent Gregory Lee Coleman (Father). 19 They share one minor child: 20 2) On 5/12/25, the Court entered Judgment of Dissolution. 21 3) On 6/12/26, Mother filed a Request for Order seeking enforcement of the 5/12/26 judgment 22 regarding outstanding unpaid bonus child support, expenses incurred for the minor child’s 23 education, tuition, and agreed extracurriculars, and orders regarding the minor child’s health 24 insurance coverage.

Mother asserts Father owes $11,580.92 in outstanding unpaid bonus child 25 support and $2,838.01 for the minor child’s summer program. Mother alleges Father repeatedly 26 and improperly requests reimbursement for the minor’s health insurance. Mother requests 27 $16,807.50 in attorney’s fees sanctions under Family Code section 271 and 3557. The matter was 28 set for hearing on 8/11/26. 29

1 4) On 6/12/26, counsel for Mother filed a declaration in support of her request for attorney’s fees 2 sanctions. 3 5) On 6/12/26, Mother filed a Memorandum of Points and Authorities. 4 6) On 7/24/26, Father field a Request to Reschedule Hearing. 5 7) On 7/29/26, the Court issued an Order on Request to Reschedule Hearing continuing the matter to 6 9/10/26. 7 8) On 8/25/26, Father filed a Responsive Declaration in opposition to Mother’s Request for Order. 8 Father asserts that the issue regarding outstanding unpaid bonus child support is MOOT as he 9 paid Mother in full as 5/15/26.

Father also asserts that the paid Mother $3,000 for the minor 10 child’s summer problem on 5/15/26 so this issue is MOOT as well. Father disputes requesting 11 reimbursement for the minor child’s health insurance coverage. Father asks the Court to issue 12 orders regarding how the parties conduct true ups moving forward. Father seeks $18,255 in 13 Family Code section 271 sanctions. 14 9) On 8/25/26, Father filed a Memorandum of Points and Authorities. 15 10) On 8/25/26, counsel for Father filed a declaration in support of Father’s request for attorney’s 16 fees sanctions. 17 11) On 8/25/26, Father filed an Income and Expense Declaration. 18 B.
