Defense Motion to be Relieved as Counsel

TENTATIVE RULING:

Julia M. Young’s Unopposed Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel is GRANTED.

Pursuant to Rule 3.1362(e) of the California Rules of Court, the order does not become effective until proof of service of a copy of the signed order on the client has been filed with the court.

Ms. Young must update the proposed order to show that the next hearing date is a case management conference set for June 17, 2026, and then to e-file the revised order.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the court.
