Ruling

24CV097320: HARRIS vs AMFP IV MOSAIC LLC, et al. 09/10/2026 Hearing on Motion to Compel Discovery (not "Further Discovery") filed by AMFP IV Mosaic LLC (Defendant) CRS# 467549590179 in Department 24

Tentative Ruling - 09/03/2026 Rebekah Evenson

The Motion to Compel Discovery (not Further Discovery) - 1 moving party, 1 motion filed by AMFP IV Mosaic LLC on 07/08/2026 is Denied.

Defendant’s unopposed Motion to Compel Plaintiff’s Responses to Form Interrogatories Set Two is DENIED as moot.

The only form interrogatory for which Defendant seeks responses in Set Two is Form Interrogatory No. 17.1, asking Plaintiff to identify the facts, witnesses, and documents on which Plaintiff bases any denial of a request for admission.

In the Court’s order entered this date, the Court deemed all of Defendant’s Requests for Admissions Set One to be admitted. Plaintiff has not denied any of Defendant’s Requests for Admissions Set One, and she will not be permitted to do so. Therefore, Form Interrogatory No. 17.1 is moot, as is this motion.
