On June 25, 2026, the parties appeared before the court for a hearing on five separate pending RFOs. At that time the court made orders regarding the minor’s participation in cheerleading and ruled on the request for Section 271 sanctions. The court continued the issue of capping extracurricular costs to the present date.

On August 27, 2026, Petitioner filed and served a supplemental declaration.

Respondent’s Supplemental Declaration was filed and served on August 31, 2026.

The parties are ordered to appear for the hearing.
