Span Digital Inc. submits new evidence on reply in support of its contention that service was properly made on August 10, 2026 via service on counsel by agreement. The court cannot consider reply evidence without giving the opposing party the opportunity to respond. Beatclub may submit a sur-reply by September 17, 2026.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion or Discovery Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
