LINE 17. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE: CONTEMPT.
The order to show cause re: contempt is discharged. At most, judgment creditor Cole Ashbury Group LLC shows that judgment debtor Cookies Creative Consulting & Promotions Inc. provided late notice of the assignment by two days. Cole Ashbury does not show that judgment debtor or its president, Parker Berling, willfully disobeyed the court's order. Cole Ashbury does not show that money received from the Harvest licensee would have been paid to it if notice had been provided earlier. Cole Ashbury's contention that Cookies Creative disobeyed the court's assignment order by providing notice of the assignment only to select entities is not raised for the first time on reply.
