Defendant's Motion to Compel is DENIED. Plaintiff has provided evidence that responses were served. Defendant acknowledges having now received the responses, and has not provided any evidence of the apparent claims that further documents exist and were improperly withheld. While the alleged behavior of plaintiff's counsel, if true, may be objectionable, it is not grounds to grant a motion to compel where responses and documents have already been provided and there is no evidence to support any claim that there are further responsive documents which have been improperly withheld. =(501/CFH)
