Letters of Temporary Guardianship of the person were issued August 27, 2025. The annual Guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian for the August 26, 2025 hearing, but the guardian appeared and was advised of the need to file a status report. Status reports were filed on August 31, 2026. Upon review, the court finds that the guardianship remains necessary and appropriate.
TENTATIVE RULING #1: THE GUARDIANSHIP SHALL CONTINUE. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT ANNUAL STATUS REVIEW AT 1:30 PM ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2027, IN DEPARTMENT 8.
