PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE FIRST AMENDED VERIFIED COMPLAINT is GRANTED. Moving party shall file and serve its amended complaint forthwith.
The Court notes that opposition was filed late and appears to be oversized based on utilization of 43 lines per page of the 15-page brief. The Court will not strike the opposition at this time. However, the Court orders both parties to comply with all procedural requirements of the California Rules of Court (e.g. formatting, timing, contents) in the future. No more filings by either side that do not comply with CRC will be considered. =(501/SKF)
