OSC re: Preliminary Injunction is CONTINUED to August 19, 2025 at 9:30 am in light of Defendant's Counsel being retained the day the opposition was due and in light of Plaintiff filing a First Amended Complaint.
The parties are ordered to provide supplemental briefing of no more than 3 pages each on the likelihood of success on the merits of Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint.
Given the circumstances, the Court will consider Defendant's untimely opposition.
The Temporary Restraining Order will remain in effect until this continued hearing date. =(501/CFH)
