ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT
The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.
The Case Management Conference scheduled for 09/08/2026 is continued to 09/10/2026 at 01:30 PM in Department 18 at Rene C. Davidson Courthouse.
The conference is continued to the next date with scheduled motion hearings. Updated case management statements are not required.
Designated Defense Counsel (Defendant) must forthwith serve a copy of this order on all counsel of record and self-represented parties. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
CONTESTING THE TENTATIVE CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER: If the parties do not contest the Tentative Case Management Order, it will be adopted.
