Due to notice that conservatee is deceased, the hearing re: the status report if off calendar. As of 9/2/26 the notice of conservatees death and the death certificate have not been filed. Conservator to file (i) notice of conservatees death (form GC-399), (ii) a copy of conservatees death certificate, and (iii) final account by 9/30/26. If documents not filed before the hearing, the Court will continue the OSC to 10/20/26 at 9:00 a.m. in J6. The clerk shall give notice.
