Some minor issues to be addressed at hearing:
1. The UBS account statement for March 31, 2026, shows the value of the account as $1,630,811.92. Form GC-400 (SUM) states the total property on hand at the end of the account as: $1,678,00.51 ($91,174.92 cash, $1,586,825.59 non-cash). Why the difference?
2. Current amount of bond is $1,682,000.00. Total property on hand at end of account period is greater than at the beginning of the account period. Bond calculator states bond should be $1,801,560.00. Court intends to increase bond.
Attorney fees will be capped at $500.00/hr. However, for this reporting period doing so would only reduce fees by $159.00 which the Court will approve.
Attorney fees statement not divided into Rule 7.702 statements and there is no break down of amount requested for each category although the bill statement does list all the tasks performed and provides a description. Attorney to comply with Rule 7.702 in future filings.
Subject to the issue above, the court intends to approve the account and report as follows:
Trustee fees of $9,600 paid to petitioner are ratified and continuation of monthly payment of $400.00 are authorized.
Attorneys fees of $9,219.0 to Mullen & Henzell authorized.
The Court orders increased bond posted in the total amount of $1,801,560.00.
The Court approves the 2nd Account & Report for the Conservatorship for 04/1/24 through 03/31/26.
