Tentative Rulings: The motions and underlying discovery were timely and properly served on counsel for Plaintiff. Plaintiff failed to respond to the underlying discovery and has not opposed the motions. All three motions are granted. Plaintiff shall provide objection-free, code-compliant responses by no later than October 2, 2026.

The Court awards monetary sanctions against Plaintiff and his counsel of record, Daniel Banafsheian, jointly and severally, in the amount of $210 per motion, for a total sanctions award of $630. The sanctions are due and payable within 30 days.
