Plaintiff's Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement (CCP 664.6) HEARING REQUIRED. Parties are ordered to meet and confer prior to the hearing to discuss Defendant's plans to keep Plaintiff informed regarding the status of the insurance policies. Parties are to report their progress at the hearing.
The Court notes that Defendant claims to have set up payments to automatically come from Defendant's bank account and that Defendant says they "remain committed to providing [Plaintiff] with confirmation by any reasonable means that the premiums on the insurance policies are current." Additionally, the email exchange in Exhibit J of Ronald Schivo's declaration appears to provide one way for Plaintiff to remain informed about the insurance coverage. =(501/CFH)
