Conservatorship 10:30 22PR00450 of Sharrock, The Court will hear from counsel regarding the status of filing the Second Account and Report. Laine Victoria

The Court is in receipt of the letter dated September 2, 2026, sent to the Court by Conservator Brian John Jolley. A final accounting was not attached to the letter. Please resubmit for filing with the Court the final accounting petition. It shall not be attached to any correspondence and shall be in Conservatorship 10:30 25PR00440 compliance with Probate Code sections 1061-1064 and 2620. This matter is continued to October of Lewis, Carol 13, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. An appearance is not necessary at today’s hearing and Mr. Jolley may appear remotely for all future appearances. Please refer to the Court’s website for instructions on signing up for CourtCall. The Order to Show Cause is hereby vacated.

Based on the death of the conservator, the Court appoints the Public Guardian to act as temporary Conservatorship conservator of the person and to conduct an investigation as to whether their permanent 10:30 PR-33209 of Wagoner, appointment is appropriate. The Court sets this matter for a status hearing on October 13, 2026 at Scott 10:30 a.m., for status of the Public Guardian's investigation. The Public Guardian is directed to submit an order and temporary letters.

Based upon the Court Investigator Report dated August 31, 2026, which the Court has read and considered, the conservatorship remains necessary and appropriate and shall continue. Fees for the Conservatorship court investigation, in amount of $450.00, are due and payable within 30 days. In addition, the 10:30 PR-36368 of Eatough, Seventeenth Account is settled and approved. The next Court Investigator Information Sheet and Donald Wayne accounting shall be filed by July 27, 2027 with a hearing on September 7, 2027 at 10:30 a.m. The Court will sign the form of order submitted by the Conservator.

Based upon the Court Investigator Report dated September 3, 2026, which the Court has read and Conservatorship considered, the conservatorship remains necessary and appropriate and shall continue. Fees are 10:30 PR-39294 of Craig, Allison deferred. The next Court Investigator Information Sheet shall be filed by July 27, 2027, with a Marie hearing date of September 7, 2027 at 10:30 a.m. The Court will sign the form of order submitted by counsel.
