Plaintiff Misael Andres Sanchez Jarquin filed a notice of dismissal without prejudice of the entire action on September 8, 2025, and the clerk entered a dismissal on the same day, which, notably, was before the time the opposition to Defendant's motion was due. In light of the dismissal, the court orders Defendant's motion off calendar.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely.
