(3) Plaintiff shall appear and answer all non-privileged questions posed at the deposition;
(4) Within 10 calendar days of this Order, Plaintiff shall produce all documents responsive to the requests set forth in the “Notice of Time and Place of Taking Deposition of Plaintiff Jeremy Owens with Requests for Production of Documents” (“Deposition Notice”), served on Plaintiff on May 22, 2026.
(5) Within 10 calendar days of this Order, Plaintiff shall pay monetary sanctions to Defendant and Cross-Complainant JEANNE FLANDEZ in the amount of $14,543.00.
Failure to comply with this Order, or any portion thereof, may result in the imposition of additional sanctions pursuant to the applicable rules of civil procedure, including monetary sanctions, evidentiary sanctions, issue sanctions, terminating sanctions, and/or contempt proceedings.

1) The Motion to Compel is Granted, in part. To the extent it has not already responded. Defendant shall serve verified, code-compliant Responses to Plaintiff’s Special Interrogatories, Set One, Numbers 1 through 17, at or before 5:00 p.m. on September 25, 2026. No other orders are made with respect to this motion. The parties are encouraged to be more cooperative in the future when working together, particularly on routine matters such as extension requests.
2) The Motion for Order Deeming Requests for Admissions and Request for Sanctions is DENIED.
Prior to the hearing responses in substantial compliance were served.
