Defendants 520 Live, Inc., 3200 Fillmore Street, LLC, Goth Inc. and Fillmore Entertainment Group, LLC's ("Moving Defendants") Motion to Consolidate Case(s) CGC-24-620869 and CGC-24-613018 is DENIED. (The Court's complete tentative ruling has been emailed to the parties).
