AMERICA N.A. vs ANGELINA M DUDLEY Tentative Ruling: The Court has read and reviewed the moving papers filed by Plaintiff Bank of America, N.A. ("Plaintiff"). The Court takes judicial notice of the Stipulation Agreement; Jurisdiction Retained Under Code of Civil Procedure Section 664.6 signed by Defendant on June 27, 2023 and filed with the Court on July 5, 2023. The Court also takes judicial notice of the Order on Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Judgment entered by the Court on July 10, 2023.

The Court also notes that Plaintiff has advised that Defendant has made payments totaling $2,300.00, leaving an outstanding amount of $4,963.55 due and owing. Based on the Stipulation signed by the parties and the moving papers submitted by Plaintiff, Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. The Order Dismissing this action pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 is set aside. 24NWLC14965: DISCOVER BANK vs VERONICA MURATALLA Tentative Ruling: The Court has read and reviewed the moving papers filed by Plaintiff Discover Bank ("Plaintiff"), including the supporting declaration. The Court takes judicial notice of the Conditional Stipulated Settlement Agreement signed by Defendant on October 2, 2024 and filed with the Court on July 14, 2026 with the moving papers. The Court also takes judicial notice of the Notice of Settlement of Entire Case filed by Plaintiff on November 21, 2024 which states that a dismissal would be filed by December 11, 2027 if all terms were met and payments were made.

The Court notes that Plaintiff has advised that Defendant has made payments totaling $1,230.00 toward the principal sum of $5,422.90. Based on the Stipulation signed by the parties and the moving papers submitted by Plaintiff, Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff Discover Bank and against Defendant Veronica Muratalla for the principal sum of $5,422.90, plus court costs of $375.97, for a total judgment of $5,798.87. The Court also takes judicial notice of the Order on Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Judgment entered by the Court on July 9, 2025.

The Court notes that Plaintiff has advised that Defendant has made payments totaling $1,694.00, leaving an outstanding amount of $2,171.79 due and owing. Based on the Stipulation signed by the parties and the moving papers submitted by Plaintiff, Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED.
