If the above is not resolved by the next court date, the Court intends to continue the scheduled hearing to allow Proposed Conservator to cure the defects as stated in this tentative.
Subject to the foregoing, the Court intends to grant the petition.
The court date of 10/12/27 remains as previously ordered.
